Professional Experience:

Over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial land development, as well as municipal project throughout Texas. Experienced in subdivision design and platting, which includes grading & drainage, water & wastewater, streets & roadways, and commercial & residential foundation design. Also, very familiar with development requirements for recharge zone and contributing zone project sites. Very knowledgeable with local City of San Antonio development codes and ordinances, which include stormwater detention, fee-in-lieu of local detention, traffic impact analysis, landscaping, and tree preservation ordinances. Experience also includes engineering feasibility studies and mater planning for both urban and rural site development projects.

Construction management experience includes daily supervision of numerous residential and commercial projects, including meeting project budgets and timeframes. Experience includes monitoring compliance of all construction documents, plans, and specification, as well as reviewing and executing invoices from vendors.
